Who I am

From a young age, I was fascinated by the ways people see the world differently – and by how these differences can create both curiosity and conflict. That fascination led me on a lifelong journey: to explore the world, to understand diverse perspectives, and to uncover what helps people thrive.

I studied in England and have since lived and worked across the United States, the Middle East, Europe, Asia, and the Caribbean. My two children joined me on this adventure, beginning with their first home in Bahrain, and together these experiences have shaped not only who I am but how I approach my work. For me, life is an ongoing exploration – a chance to grow, to reflect, and to renew ourselves.

As a psychologist, my career has been a deeply rewarding expression of this curiosity and passion. I blend humanistic, existential, transpersonal, and cross-cultural approaches, drawing on techniques such as therapeutic writing, art therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, nature therapy, and strengths-based methods. I hold a PhD in Psychology, a Master’s in Marketing, and am a qualified Mediator and Executive Coach. For over twenty years, I have worked with individuals, couples, and groups, helping them navigate challenges, uncover clarity, and create lasting change.

Through my work, I strive to provide more than guidance – I aim to create transformative experiences that leave participants feeling renewed, empowered, and equipped to approach life with greater balance, resilience, and purpose. Our programs are offered in both St. Kitts (Caribbean) and Andalucia (Spain), providing spaces where reflection, growth, and personal renewal can flourish.

I look forward to meeting you, learning your story, and accompanying you on this journey of self-discovery and well-being. Together, we will explore new perspectives, cultivate resilience, and help you live your life with greater clarity, happiness, and fulfillment.
